An account manager at Evenbound (you guessed it) manages client accounts. We work with a variety of businesses, from manufacturers to real estate developers, but you don’t have to be an industry expert. All we really ask is that you’re a people person who’s not into drama but does love to get things done.

You might be our next Account Manager if:

You’re into marketing. Specifically the digital kind.

Responsibility is your jam. You love being the primary point of contact, you love taking charge, and you’re happiest when you’re solving problems for clients.

You’re good at coordinating. With people. On all kinds of projects. Organization, on all the levels, is your thing.

Strategy makes you smile. You’re always looking for the next best way to get your clients ahead of the competition. You live to plan, and you love to see how your strategies deliver results.

You’re a numbers nerd. You love reports, and you’re familiar with reporting software. You look at monthly reports religiously, and you use those numbers to create data-based plans for the future.

You like people and people like you. You’re a relationship-driven person who enjoys chatting with clients on the daily. Even the ones who don’t know the difference between Google and social media.

You’re not too stuck on the job description. We’ll be honest, this position requires that you wear a lot of hats. If you’re into that, we’re into you.

We’d like you to have:

  • Have one to three years of relevant experience. If you’ve worked in an agency with a similar role, that’s a big plus. We’ll move you right to the top of the list if you know HubSpot and are familiar with inbound marketing.
  • Be a Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Search Console whiz. We’d also like you to be comfortable with HubSpot, and understand inbound marketing tactics like SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. If you don’t but this is still your dream job, let us know.
  • Be an excellent communicator. This is big. We’ve got a lot of clients, and they’re all different. We need you to help them understand how you’re delivering leads.
  • Have strong time management skills. You’re comfortable scheduling meetings, writing emails, planning strategy and getting reports out, sometimes all at once.
  • Be comfortable working independently to develop, implement, and manage projects.
  • Have experience in client-facing roles. In this position, you are the client’s primary point of contact.
  • Be HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certified. (It’s free, you got this.)
