Our company vision will take us to hold a commanding position in the HubSpot Partner program and to sit at the top of the value chain offering Growth Strategy, RevOps, Marketing Ops, WebOps, Custom Development, and Integrations. We need you because you are our team’s (and clients’) primary resource for All Things HubSpot. You know this tool forward and backward, and we will look to your expertise, guidance, and skillset to deliver on both the technical and strategic aspects of this tool. On top of that, you not only know what HubSpot’s capabilities are, but you can actually do those things.
As Evenbound’s HubSpot CRM Administrator, you’ll be the expert for all things HubSpot. A typical day will be spent working in the platform - both from a technical and strategic lens. You will implement HubSpot solutions and automations, integrations, and migrations (SalesForce, SharpSpring). You will also own API management, training, technical support, and helping our clients fully leverage the capabilities of HubSpot.
You’ll also own data cleanliness and reporting from start to finish - building out reports (and knowing which are available, what they show, how to use them, etc) and custom dashboards; then pulling the data and analyzing it; using that to provide solutions, recommendations, uncover opportunities, etc; and then finally being able to present those solutions, insights, and strategies.
You’ve spent a lot - we mean a lot - of time in HubSpot. You know the tool forward and backward. You’ve got experience in Marketing, Sales, CMS, and Service Hubs. You’ve managed HubSpot audits and have overseen app and third party integrations, including custom integrations with developers. You’ve got strong experience in developing nurture sequences and custom workflows. It should come as no surprise that you have an extensive list of HubSpot certifications you’ve obtained - everything from marketing to sales to service.
While you’re not the primary point of contact for our client relationships, you’ve definitely spent time in your career communicating with clients, and you know how to take a very technical solution or strategy and translate it into language for a non-technical audience. Our clients trust what you have to say - and you know how to say it in a way that makes sense to them and their business goals.
You’ve got a background with CRM platform development. Specifically, this means you are well versed in workflows and automation, custom objects, custom fields, data structure, data integrity, and integration management.
