Tech Stack Consolidation into HubSpot

Evenbound migrated TMI’s website and email marketing into HubSpot, consolidating core marketing activities into one platform.

By taking a phased approach, TMI was able to move at their own pace while steadily building a more connected system.

Centralized Marketing Execution in HubSpot

Content creation, paid media, and campaign management were centralized within HubSpot—allowing campaigns, contacts, and performance data to live in one system.

Evenbound built 4 custom dashboards across marketing, sales, and paid media—each designed to give stakeholders clear, role-specific visibility into performance.

AEO + SEO Content Optimization

New blog content is structured for both traditional SEO and AI-driven discovery (AEO), using clear headings, direct answers to buyer questions, and content formats optimized for AI summarization.

Salesforce to HubSpot Data Integration (In Progress)

To close the gap between marketing and revenue, Evenbound is implementing a V1 integration to sync closed-won deal data from Salesforce into HubSpot. This will allow marketing activities in HubSpot to be tied directly to revenue outcomes tracked in Salesforce.
