Steri-Clean is a nationwide biohazard remediation company operating in 32 states, providing high-stakes services such as crime scene cleanup, trauma response, infectious disease remediation, and hoarding management.
As they expanded nationwide, each franchise managed leads, customers, and jobs independently using spreadsheets, email inboxes, and handwritten notes. The result was limited visibility, inconsistent processes, and no reliable way for corporate leadership to understand performance across locations.
Evenbound partnered with Steri-Clean to implement a unified, franchise-first CRM instance in HubSpot to bridge visibility gaps while maintaining clean data separation between territories.

The Challenge
Before working with Evenbound, Steri-Clean had no centralized CRM architecture. Every franchise managed contacts and jobs however they saw fit, creating a fragmented operational model.
No Standard Process: Franchise owners managed leads through spreadsheets, personal email inboxes, and handwritten notes, creating inconsistent follow-up processes
Makeshift Tooling: CleanNet, their job-scheduling platform, was used as a makeshift CRM despite lacking contact management, pipelines, or automation capabilities.
Zero Corporate Visibility: Corporate leadership had no way to pull cross-location performance data. Reporting had to be pieced together manually from disconnected sources.

Evenbound architected Steri-Clean’s first-ever CRM from the ground up, designed specifically around the realities of a multi-location franchise model.
Franchise-First Security: Designed a franchise-first CRM architecture with custom permissions and ownership rules that protected local data while giving corporate leadership visibility across the entire organization.
Intensive Staff Enablement: Delivered hands-on training for 50 employees during a 4-hour in-person session, supported by virtual follow-ups, recorded walkthroughs, and custom HubSpot documentation.
