We are a growth marketing agency, specializing in HubSpot, digital transformation, and marketing strategy. We commonly execute HubSpot implementations & onboarding projects, website projects and Team as a Service retainers for our clients. Our team is growing, and we are looking for our Vice President of Operations to take us to the next level.

Why Our Team Needs You

 Our company vision is to hold an elevated position in the HubSpot Partner Program, sitting at the top of the value chain for Growth Strategy, RevOps, Marketing Ops, WebOps, Custom Development, and Integrations. We need our Integrator to help us get there. We need you because you’ve got plenty of years of experience and a background in software partnership program - ideally, that’s HubSpot, but if you’ve dug into SalesForce, that’ll work, too! You can speak to projects and engagements about technical implementation, RevOps, and Marketing Ops. You’re an experienced leader who is able to develop and coach a team. You work with autonomy, radical candor, and decisive action to drive our business and team members forward. 

What You’ll Do

Once you settle in at Evenbound, you’ll be leading the change in retooling our team and resources to accommodate a new vision and direction of the business. As a critical part of our executive leadership team, you’ll understand, design, and improve business systems and processes as well as our team structure and organizational development. 

What You’ve Done

You may have held titles in previous or current roles such as Marketing Director or Manager; Account Manager or Strategist; Project Manager; Business Systems and Process Consultant; or any other client-facing consultative role. You may already be a part of the HubSpot ecosystem and are looking for the right opportunity to partner and lead a scaling and evolving business. 

The most important experiences you’ll bring to the table to help us succeed are: 

  • Experience growing and scaling a CRM and RevOps focused channel partner within a technology partner ecosystem
  • Executive leadership experience. You can talk about how you’ve shaped business strategy, delivery and team structure, + revenue and client success functions. You’re experienced with organizational change management and growth as a CRM-focused technology solutions organization grew.
  • Team leadership experience. You’re a skilled people manager and can speak to how you’ve built great teams, enabled great people, and optimized your team for performance.

In addition to the above, you’ve likely got experience in and can demonstrate the following: 

  • Understanding the HubSpot partner program and opportunities
  • Understanding EOS
  • Understanding Revenue and GTM: Marketing, Sales, & Customer Experience
  • Creating a Customer Experience
  • Partnership Management (HubSpot, SFDC)
  • Sales & Finance Management/Forecasting

  • Work where you want, when you want. At Evenbound, we believe we work best when we set our own productive schedules. That flexibility extends to where we work, too. While we have an office right in downtown Grand Haven that we love (there's a coffee shop right downstairs!), our team works remotely most of the time. There's no weekly "in the office" quota to meet — we work to get work done, however that works for you
  • Regular team meet-ups. Since the Evenbound team is primarily remote, we work hard to schedule team meet-up opportunities every few months. From camping to ski trips to industry conferences, we believe that hanging out in person makes our team stronger, helping to build real relationships in a virtual world.
