The Evenbound Director of Sales is responsible for authoring and executing the sales strategy to align with our vision and next phase of growth. The three categories of revenue that we sell are Managed Services, Website Projects, and HubSpot Services. This position is designed with a singular focus of finding and acquiring the best "fit" clients for our agency within the three categories at scale. The tactical elements of this position include:
This role has been performed by the agency owner since the agency was started. In order to be successful, this individual will spend time with the owner learning how we arrived at our current position, what worked well, and what didn't. Then they will map a new sales plan designed to take the agency to our next stage of growth.
A clear understanding of modern, technical B2B sales methods such as Inbound Sales,The Challenger Sale, and Gap Selling will be essential to the success of this role.
