I'm excited to share some insider insights into how HubSpot is making significant strides in AI this year. So, buckle up, and let's dive into the world of HubSpot and AI!
At my first job, one of my key strategies for prospecting and selling was to check out a company's job board. It gave me excellent insights into understanding their challenges and goals. What does this have to do with HubSpot and AI? Well, let me break it down for you.
If you look at HubSpot's current job listings, especially for AI roles, the first thing that hits you is the sheer number of positions they're hiring for. That's right – HubSpot is investing big in AI in 2024.
But it's not just about quantity; it's about quality too. I spotted a role that caught my eye – GTM (Go To Market) for Data. They're on the hunt for an AI Data Architect with eight years of experience, someone who's launched models in other industries, with a whopping 16 projects under their belt. Now, that's a serious commitment to excellence.
Now, let me share a little AI secret with you. As I go about my daily tasks at HubSpot, I'm seeing AI pop up everywhere. Just the other day, I was working on a basic workflow. It was a routine workflow – sending a friendly email and creating a task for the team when a new customer is associated with a deal that's been closed. Nothing groundbreaking until HubSpot said, "Hey Darren, let us generate a description for you." Click, and that’s it! Within seconds, it generated a description, created a task, and sent an email – all based on the enrollment criteria. How cool is that?
It doesn't stop there. If you want to get a sneak peek into HubSpot's future, check out the products in beta. Head to your portal, click on Product Updates, and voila – a treasure trove of AI products in beta. The list goes on: reports with AI, AI on mobile, AI Content Assistant, and more. There are three pages of AI goodness that you can explore.
To summarize, HubSpot is on a hiring spree for AI roles this year. AI is woven into the fabric of their daily operations, and many AI products are in the pipeline.
