HubSpot onboarding occurs after the initial implementation is complete. At Evenbound, we customize the onboarding process for you, including training sessions and technical setup like deal pipeline configuration, contact import, and more.
The onboarding process usually takes 4-6 weeks. The exact timeline will depend on your team’s size, availability, subscription level, and training needs.
With full team participation and readiness, onboarding may be streamlined to as little as 4 weeks, though additional technical setup can extend the project timeline by up to a month.
Step 1: Kickoff Call
The onboarding process starts with a kickoff call. We’ll dive deep and discuss your goals, processes, and what exactly you need from HubSpot. Whether it’s sales pipelines, marketing strategies, or email automation, we customize your onboarding experience for you.
During the kickoff call, we’ll cover topics such as:
