The issue was that disconnected tools and manual processes were slowing execution and limiting visibility. Machina Labs’ website and marketing tools were fragmented, manual, and difficult to manage. Their site was hosted on WordPress, email and forms were on separate platforms, and HubSpot existed but wasn’t being utilized.
