Rather than a basic onboarding, the focus was on process architecture and operational alignment, resulting in a CRM built to support complex quoting workflows, long buying cycles, and reseller-driven deals.

Implementing HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise and Marketing Hub Pro aligned with how SWEED sells and supports customers

Migrating historical data and consolidating previously disconnected tools into HubSpot

Standardizing sales processes with two deal pipelines and a built-in quote approval workflow

Creating automations, custom properties, and dashboards to improve visibility, follow-up, and reporting

Enabling the team through hands-on training and supporting documentation to drive long-term adoption
