There are a couple of different places where you can turn HubSpot’s AI tools on and off, as well as links to some of the settings and usage policies that are associated with those tools.
The first place is at the top right of your HubSpot portal. You'll see your account name. Then, on the right side, just below "Pricing and Features," click on "Product Updates."
Here, we can search for product updates, which are colored or tagged based on whether they're already live, coming soon, in beta, in development, or the product has been sunset.
For our purposes, let's search for "AI." This will surface anything related to AI, but note that it may include other terms that include the two letters next to each other, like campaigns. Scroll down to find the HubSpot AI tools, such as AI forecasting.
Click "Join the Beta" to enroll your account or individual user. Make sure to review and accept HubSpot's beta terms before joining.
Other AI tools are available within your portal, located on the Settings page. Click on the Settings icon at the top right, then scroll down to "AI Assistance."
Here, you'll find AI assistance for Content Prompts and Customer Analysis. Simply toggle the switch to turn them on, and remember to review the beta terms and OpenAI usage policies.
Another area where HubSpot AI tools exist is just below AI Assistance, called "Chatspot." This is a HubSpot-specific AI chatbot that can connect directly to your HubSpot instance. You can learn more about Chatspot and its functionalities in the FAQs section.
